I'm Ray — a computer science student who likes building software that feels clear, useful, and well thought out.

Most of my work sits between product thinking and systems design. I enjoy building full-stack apps with strong UX, but I care just as much about the structure underneath: data models, architecture, progression logic, and the small decisions that make software hold up over time.

Right now that shows up most clearly in projects like Hikari, an anime & manga tracker, and Orbit Plugin, a Java Paper plugin built around travel, progression, and economy systems. I'm looking for chances to raise my standard and grow into a stronger engineer.

NINJA HISTORY

2026

Computer Science Path

Continuing my CS education at Boston University while treating school as a base, not a ceiling. Most of my growth still comes from building outside the classroom.

2022

Client Plugin Work

Started taking Minecraft plugin work for smaller servers, which taught me how to work from imperfect requirements, manage scope, and ship things people could actually use.

2020

First Game Systems

Early Minecraft and Roblox projects pulled me into progression loops, balancing, and systems design. That way of thinking still shapes how I build software now.

CURRENT TRAINING FOCUS

School Foundation

I use my CS coursework at Boston University as a base, but most of my growth comes from building things that feel real, usable, and technically sound.

Product-Focused Web Apps

I like building web applications that feel clear and deliberate — strong UX, stable data flow, and features people actually return to.

Client Work & Systems

Freelance plugin work and projects like Orbit taught me how to translate rough ideas into structured systems that hold up in actual use.
